Andrew has held a series of corporate positions including Director of Business Development with iSTAR Internet, Director of Sales and Marketing in Mitel's NEP group, and Vice President with Bell Cellular. He helps organizations expand their markets and customer base for their new or existing products and services.  He applies the fundamentals of market definition, segmentation, positioning and sales channel development to deliver a comprehensive "go to market" strategy and tactical plans.  He holds a Masters degree in Business from the Unviersity of Ottawa, a Bachelor of Arts degree from Concordia University and is a Certified Member of the Canadian Association of Management Consultants.

Florian specializes in financial crisis management with specific experience in corporate leadership, finance, controllership, and treasury functions.  He is sought out by mid-sized companies for his insightful identification of recovery opportunities and his pragmatic approach to leading corporate turn-arounds.

Florian's financial expertise is built on over 25 years as a financial officer, external auditor, internal auditor, group controller, assistant treasurer, CFO, and interim CFO.  His experiences and education allow him to, both, lead the recovery program and to provide corporate leadership during the subsequent rebuilding period.

For the past ten-plus years, Florian has been working with mid-sized firms to lead their financial recovery.  Previously, he worked for Nabisco Brands Ltd, RJR-MacDonald Inc., Bow Valley Energy Inc. Bank of Montreal, Royal Bank of Canada and Price Waterhouse Coopers.

Florian is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Ontario.  He earned his Master in Businss Administration (Finance Major) from Concordia University and a Bachelor of Arts (Economics Major) from Sir George Williams University.  He has been on the Boards and held the position of Secretary of the Toronto Chapter of Financial Executives International (FEI) Canada.

He is a former educator, having been a teacher, principal, and board administrator.  He transitioned into the private sector and was CEO/founder of Human Resources Technologies where he pioneered the development of PC-based human resources information and training management systems.  He has worked with Grey Advertising in e-learning and is a former principle of The Corporate L.I.F.E. Center.  For the past 10 years, he has consulted to mid-sized businesses on reorganization, restructuring, executive assessment, and coaching.

Hugh's background includes over 23 years of general management experience with the Dun & Bradstreet - AC Nielson Group serving in Canada, Italy, Brazil, and France since 1996, and as a consultant and as a consultant.  Hugh specializes in sales, marketing, strategy, and executive coaching.

Don is a training and development specialist who has over 25 years experience in leadership, teaching, training, writing, and public speaking. He has delivered training programs in 30 countries.  With an MA in Management and a Ph.D. in Communications, he designs and develops custom and targeted Level 4 (Kirkpatrick) training and learning that focuses on knowledge, skill-building, and practice in the workplace.  To date, he has custom-deigned over 100 training and learning programs using a variety of media.  He supports Transform90 at the implementation stage.
